This e-book has a bunch of short, easy to understand exercises that you can do in your spare time while getting up in the morning, working in the kitchen, in the car, at work, etc. The book has been put together very well so that everything is linked and you can navigate to the individual exercises easily from the menus. There is nothing revolutionary about the exercises themselves, but the point is for the book to motivate you to do something to improve your strength, flexibility, and health.

The book won't play except on kindles --- not on free kindle readers on pc's anyway.

This book is by far one of the best short books I've read in a bit. It's well written with pictures of exercises that you can do for different parts of the morning. Definitely filled with good advice for the beginner.

So sick of hearing that commercial on TV. Realizing I was quickly becoming a couch potato, I started reading this book and I agree with the other reviews.
So easy to read, navigate and understand. Like having your own "personal trainers."
The illustrations really help and support you. And best of all, I can do these exercises at home, at work, in an airplane seat, --- everywhere. No more excuses!!!
Obviously the authors are pros and know what they are talking about.
Great book. I highly recommend it!!!

This is a great little book. I was a little wary of how it would look on the kindle but it works perfect.
I'm a father of three young kids who needs his exercise, I try get out for a run, swim or cycle most days. With my limited time I have tended to neglect my stretching and muscle toning and started to pay for it with injuries over the past year. This book solved my problems. It's helped me find the time, the exercises and the motivation to work on my strength and flexibility. And the best bit was that it is very easy and fun to use, the exercises are on one page with simple instructions and good photos that show you what to do.
I now find myself exercising and stretching all the time, hell I'm stretching as I type this.
I'd definitely recommend it. For the few dollars it costs I'll be using it for a loooonnnnngggg time to come!
