I'm a keen amateur baker and i've got far too many books about cookies and biscuits but i would happily throw away all my other books and just keep this one if i had to. I've tried some of the recipes in this book and they turned out perfectly, and tasted delicious (even my bookclub loved them). They're really easy to make and easy to adapt by looking at the other recipes in the book. I would 100% recommend this cookie book to anyone with an interest in baking, and i thank my aunt for putting it into my Christmas goodie bag!

I always thought that home-made cookies were never as nice as shop bought ones in the well known shopping arcades. Don't you believe it ! This is a fantastic book with great recipes, and I have recommended it to others who have purchased it to. This is my first purchase of cookie recipe book and the last, as I don't believe you can make them any tastier than these !!

This book is great! It gives you loads of information regarding ingredients and lots of helpful hints, tips and inspiration. The variations mean that you can make 50 very different cookies e.g. Chunky/rustic ones, gooey cookies, shorter biscuits, neat iced biscuits, chocolate ones, fruit ones, sandwich biscuits, healthy ones, party and children friendly too. The quantities are spot on and the recipes are accurate. My favourites are the Biscotti and the Jammy Dodgers, which are devine!
