I bought these for my husband who is an experienced fly fisherman, he said they were not very good and wouldnt be any use to him. I contacted Tacklemate to see what could be done and they sent me an email saying return it to them. This was done and I waited for a week, no correspondence from Tacklemate, so I contacted them again. A very brief and somewhat lacking email was received back simply stating, they hadn't received it. I emailed them again and explained when this was returned and got another very curt email saying post takes 3-5 working days. So I waited another week. Still no contact from Tacklemate. So I sent another email requesting a refund as I had been very patient and done what was asked of me, response was 'not received it' no suggestion of assistance or what else woud help me, so I informed them I would involve Amazon ysing the A-Z guarentee and place poor feedback.
I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company and woud also recommend a crash course on customer service for them because they dont have any. I certainly woudn't entertain dealing with them again!
Amazon on the other hand have been fantastic, I have been refunded in full by them.
