This book was a great start to the new year. It's an easy, accessible read, full of great strategies to keep you on track. There are some really fun exercises - I love word games, so 'Creative Association' was a particular favourite. If you're feeling jaded, this can give you a fresh perspective.

It's great to come across a book that deals with success in a holistic sense and a book that recognises all aspects of having meaningful success and happiness. A great book to dip in and out of but always have on your book self, real or virtual!
