I'm in my mid-40's and have tried all kind of diets and exercise programs... low carb, low fat, jogging a lot, weightlifting, Pilates, high protein and the list goes on. Some of those helped and still do help me keep in reasonable shape and look good for my age, but I never could get rid of my extra belly fat.

I've been following and doing this religiously for 2 weeks now and there's no doubt my clothes are looser on me. So I'm thrilled that this is the icing on the cake that is finally starting to get rid of my belly fat after years of little to no progress even when I've made progress all over the rest of my body.

I'm very happy with this purchase. You get 3 books for a low price and all the books have good and useful tips that are new and different.

I've used 2 of the miracle exercises, 1 of the diet tricks from the first bonus, and I've also done the spinning from the spinning like kids book and so far I've lost 3kg in less than 2 weeks.

I definitely recommend this.

Before getting married and having 2 children, I always had time to exercise and I looked nice even though I ate really badly. Now with a husband and 2 children and 8 extra kg, I can't get to the gym without having to do a lot of scheduling. It's a big headache.

This book title appealed to me because that's what I need. I need quick exercises and exercises I can do at home. I can't do fancy things and the gym is almost always out of the question.

My results using this program as of now is that I've lost 3kg using these exercises and I have done that without even changing how I eat. I started about two and a half weeks ago. YES, I'm happy!
