Fits nicely and allows easy access to the various sockets. Material could do to be slightly stiffer as sometimes it "peels" away from the iPod when you're carrying it in a pocket.
Update - 18th Jan - Bit of a problem since I originally wrote this review.......I have a white iPod touch, and the red colouring in the silicone skin is rubbing off on the edge of the iPod. You probably wouldn't notice on a black iPod and the red stain does come off with a damp cloth, but its not ideal.....
