Very disappointed, charge only held for 40 minutes for the first few days; two weeks on, 10 minutes maximum. My laptop has been tested with a friend's battery.
Five stars for delivery of item.
Amazon unable/unwilling to replace but have offered refund after being subjected to poor/bizarre customer service from a company of this size. I have sent in custumer feedback and await response.

Delivery quoted was 3-5 weeks, actually arrived in 10 days,. Great service and good quality battery. I would recommend this supplier.

Fitted the bill completly. THe other battery had died and this one allows me to use the laptop without trailing powere cords for up to four hours. Fantastic (could not even get 4 mins out of the old one!)

Real bargain!
This battery is excellent value. After the first charge the laptop estimated 4 hours of life which is rather more than the 6 minutes I was down to with my current battery. Read more
