Product Description
These are fantastic custom made Portable Hard Drives. They are connected through the USB port on your PC or Mac, Laptop or Desktop and take there power directly from the USB port so there is no need to have additional power. This makes them easy to simply plug into any computer so you can transfer, back up and copy data. These units are very small and fit in your pocket. They use a 2.5 inch Hard Drive Mechanism and are housed in a very cool enclosure with black rubberised surround and black colour centre which not only looks fantastic but is extremely durable.All our drives have One Touch capability built in. (please note the One Touch Feature is PC only and the software is not Mac Compatible. The drive will work on the Mac as a standard external drive you just can't use the One Touch Feature)In simple terms this allows you to select the data you want to make a copy of, press the button on the front of the drive and it will make the back up for you at the touch of a button. However if you don't want to use this free feature and software then no problem if you don't want to load it simply plug in the drive and drag and copy any files and folders you want to make a back up of.All drives come complete with a USB Cable, Software and a carry case.

I'm a teacher and I wanted a portable hard drive to store all the movie clips that I've collected over time to use in lessons - they were slowly clogging up my harddrive! I was looking for something relatively inexpensive; I'm only a poor teacher after all ;-) I ordered from Amazon and the drive arrived in less than two working days. There was (still is at time of writing) a 'buy 40Gb and we'll send you 60Gb' offer in place. Of course offers like that always say 'while stocks last' and I did wonder if they would send 40Gb anyway, but no, I got the 60Gb drive as promised. I plugged the drive into my laptop and it worked straight away with no fuss. It looks nice too, with a very attractive black rubber casing, and it comes with its own case so I'll be able to chuck it around in my school bag without (hopefully) too much wear and tear. I'm very pleased with it - if you're looking for a relatively cheap solution to your storage problems, this may very well be it.

I ordered this drive (CBA Digital) via the Amazon website. I was amazed how quickly it came. I have a desktop computer with two drives installed. One is a small 40Gb internal drive dedicated solely to my own data, and I wanted the portable external drive purely as a backup-drive in case anything happened to my computer. When it arrived, I plugged one of the USB plugs into the computer's USB socket (the supplied cable is a split one with 2 USB plugs), and XP recognised it straight away. I did a drag-and-drop of all my files in minutes. Great! Up to now I have had my documents backed-up on serveral memory sticks. This small drive is even faster! It works exactly like a flash drive and performs excellently. A superb little instrument. Recommended.

This external hard drive is fantastic there was no setup required on vista and it transferers data prety fast. overall it is great value for money compared to other drives. it also has a quality feel to it and fits in your pocket love it 5/5

good unit at good price
Works straight out of the box. File transfer is quick and easy. The only negative is that the one touch back up software which isnt particularly useful but it can be ignored.

Plug & Play simplicity, good value
This is not the largest storage device on the market, but if you don't need to store the entire Library of Congress or 300 donwloaded videos then this device does perfectly well. Read more
