About the Author
The consultant editor, Anne Sheasby, began her career developing and testing recipes for Slimming magazine. After a spell as an in-house home economist, she began a freelance career as a writer and consultant home economist and has written hundreds of nutritional and recipe features for a wide range of healthy-eating magazines including Here's Health, Vegetarian Living, Healthcare and Zest. She was nutritional consultant for Mary Berry's Complete Cookbook and has written many books of her own on light and healthy eating.
