The walker is as advertised but the company suppling it were hopeless.It arrived with a bolt missing,tried ringing the company 3 times,each time no answer.The instruction book with it was from another company so i suspect it is bought from them.Told them my problem and the clever young thing who answered the phone could only suggest sending the whole walker back who would then send it to them.
Thats 4 journeys of a 12kg package via TNT all for a bolt.I bought a bolt myself.

Amazon Verified Purchase
In common with a previous reviewer, this product was received with a bolt missing. Given the intended audience for this type of product ie. the elderly and infirm, this is not acceptable. Again based upon the previous reviewer's experience with trying to obtain the missing part, I didn't bother contacting the seller but instead sourced a new bolt from a local supplier.
I would not purchase from this company again!

i no longer have to wait to be pushed around in my manual chair. i can walk short distances then sit down for a rest before moving on again. the only problem i have is when folding up . i could have done with hand grips on the angle strutts to ease the leverage required to collapse the support.

Value for money

Good for light use
This walking aid is good for light use as one of the handles shakes about, overall worth buying unless you need a walking aid full time.
