After purchasing this limited edition box set which was delivered promptly as promised I found myself entering a calm and very relaxing world where the music itself encouraged you to use ones imagination by creating images to the piece being played.
When I started listening to the track Yerevan (parts 1 & 2) on the album Eden Roc I found myself travelling to the ancient days of the Persian and the Roman Empires visulising a defeated tribe on the move to find a new beginning, Camels, mules and horses carrying people and their belongings through the mountain paths and open space; the pain of being homeless, hungry, fatigue and fright etched on their faces as they travel into the unknown. See what you would visualise to the same tracks?
I would highly recomend this limited edition box set and wish you the listener a wounderful journey.

Each of the cds has a different theme but they are all very relaxing, evocative, moving pieces of music, mostly piano. Just imagine yourself lying back in a candlelit room (perhaps with a glass of wine in your hand)and let the music wash over you and let your mind wander. This selection is a wonderful addition to any music collection.

I heard some tracks from the album 'Le Onde' before, but hadn't had the chance to buy it, but when I saw this collection for a great price, I thought that I would just go for it.
And I've never looked back, all four of the albums are just amazing and are great to listen to if you want to have a relax.

To feed and relax your soul
Einaudi is a great composer and piano player and his music is simply beautiful. One of the best!
