I have an 04 plate Ford Focus C Max and the headlights had a yellow haze. At the MOT a month ago the chap said they let just enough light through so no failure, just strange looking colour. I had tried toothpaste and a very fine emery paper (see youtube)..rubbish. I did not think that this kit would work that well but the results are amazing. My next door neighbour stood and watched whilst I completed the task and was, like me, shocked at the final result considering the initial state of both headlights. End result was both headlights look like new. It took me about an hour and a half to complete, and that was in slow time, this task should take less than an hour. I would recommend this kit to anyone with yellowed oxidized plastic lenses. I have read that the lens will yellow again very quickly without some special sealer. I will be slapping ordinary car polish on the headlights to keep the headlights looking like new. There is a method of a home chemistry lab DIY sealer ..Google "headlight restoration urethane sealer" and read the forums. Finally ..Fantastic product well worth the money for what it does. Could have spent £120 on new headlights for an eight year old car. Not likely.
