the hoop is brill didnt take me long to get the hang of it the hoop is great for a beginner like me and the delevery time was great 3days from my order

I love this hoop. At first I was shocked by the size, it was massive and looked a lot bigger than 100cm but once I got started I don't have any trouble keeping it up. At first I could only manage 5 minutes a day but with practice I'm up to 20 minutes and I've only been doing it a week. I'm already starting to feel firmer and I lost 1cm off my waist and hips in my 1st week. I can't wait to get home from work to I can have a play, much more fun than sit up and it makes you feel sexy. Oh and its great fun at dinner parties, wait until the wine has flowed and then sit back and watch drunken men hooping it's the funniest thing in the world. PS it was delivered the next day so you don't have to wait long.

I found this to be an excellent hoop that I have recommended to all my fellow ladies morning gym members. Most mastered it in a few tries even none hoopers.The service was excellent too. I ordered it one afternoon and was amazed when it arrived the following morning.

Bit bruised
Good hoop but has left bruises on my hips. But I guess when it comes to exercise its all about no pain, no gain!! Would recommend if you want a tonned tummy.
