I really enjoyed this book.
Where I have found other Depression self help books have fallen, is the length of chapters etc. As anyone who has suffered from Depression knows, concentration & short term memory can be a huge struggle. This has great bite sized chunks that are easy to digest. You can easily read a chapter in a couple of minutes.
It's not patronizing as other books have been & it doesn't use terms only those with a PhD would understand.
I've found it really useful & have already recommended it to others.

This book isn't a miracle cure for depression - there isn't one, but it is packed full of really good ideas to help you get back on your feet again. It is clearly written, easy to read and understand and definitely worth every penny.
