I bought the doll as a Christmas Gift.the box was opened on Christmas Day and my granddaughter was thrilled.
However, only a few hours later, we noticed that parts of the doll had developed a bluish 'mould' under the skin of the plastic.
We tried soap and water to remove it, then detergent. But the blue colour was quite prevalent on The nose, fingers, knees and toes of the little doll.
My grand daughter was very upset of course and I said I would try to find out what the problem was and hopefully get another doll.
I feel I have been let down by Amazon and the company who supplied the doll who appear to deny any responsibility for the quality and safety of their products
I have been told that there will be no refund or replacement as I did not claim within 14 days. How could I , it was Christmas?
Anyway, I am left with a doll that cannot be played with .
I have been an Amazon customer for a long time and to say thaT I am disappointed is an understatement.
Bad show, Amazon!
