Big thumbs up for this game. Beautifully made, cleverly constructed, easy to play, yet has enough 'strategy' for big kids and a really mice theme to it. Nice combination of memory game, counting/movement and the physical element of sliding tiles and traps. 30 min play time means it doesn't drag-on and suffer at the hands of the little ones short attention spans. It's what Mousetrap should have been! Bought a german copy from amazon.de at half the price of the english version for my 5 year old. She loves it.

Downsides: Lots of pieces that might get lost, some of which will make the game effectively unusable even if you lose one piece (e.g. the sliding tiles) and although the cardstock is top-quality, it is made of cardboard, so be careful with cups of ribena, sticky fingers, etc.

Overall: Lovely family game with an eye for the kids... but just as attractive for the adults.
