today i received my cable to plug my iPod into stereo (after much waiting). i tested the cable as soon as i opened it and i instantly noticed that it wasn't working properly. the sound only comes out of the right speaker and the sound quality is terrible. i have heard this effect before when the cable becomes damaged or is created to a pro standard. as a music enthusiast i would not suggest you buy this item. save yourself some time and money and get something worthwhile.

Great product. Perfect for the car. Great if you drive loads and love music and audio books on your ipod. Don't delay buy today. I did and if it every breaks, I'll get another without hesitation. Well worth the money. I love it.

Item didn't work in my car. I later bought a standard 3.5mm cable for around £0.80 and it works fine.

Broke it
Bought it to use my i-pod in the car. After a couple of days the plastic case on the i-pod connector end broke, but then what do you expect for the cheap price? Poor build quality.
