Simple patterns as expected but very dated. Wools all obscure brands and no comparison weights/plys given. Very disappointed. Terminology American so abbrieviations not easily recognisable. Not recommended.

I think this book is good for showing how simply you can create your own designs. The wool used may be obscure but the principle of substuting yarn by making a tension/guage square is explained. I have had the book from the library for 6 months and now I am buying my own copy.
