I bought this as a pre-order, not knowing the track list. I am very disappointed. There is very little that I as a trained singer can use. The Ash Grove is in the wrong time signiture, One Fine Day, from Madame Butterfly is transposed down 2 tones and is in English,...need I go on?
The only reason I kept this book was for The Lord Is My Shepherd from the Vicar of Dibley.
Please do not buy this book unless you are just beginning singing lessons. The pieces are unchallenging (so therefore suit Katherine's abilities) and are in a low key for those restricted in vocal range.

Great songbook, don't care what others say

It is a great songbook, the background music is exactly as played in original recordings. I read one review as, book is for a Mezzo Soprano, and also, "ok for her abilities." Actually Jenkins range is awesome, quality of the book, from sheet music to recordings is great. I love everything about the book. I am a Soprano and I am able to sing every song. And actually, it is a great book to practice low notes, as we Sopranos also need to know how to sing low notes. I do recommend the book 100%
