If the meeting gets boring or not effective enough, you can still enjoy a little piece of art. It catches attention as well and easily starts a conversation. Great quality paper to write on, enough space for busy schedule and still easy to carry with. Thick protective translucent plastic. I am using this series of Teneues already for the second year and it survived hard conditions in the production environment. It also contains practical info: time differences, international dialing numbers, hotels and little management dictionary FR-EN-DE, list of birthdays, holiday list and planing calendar for the next year. I keep it for the archive, but if you want to disassemble and give it a second life through recycling, it is paper, wire and plastic. I miss more environmental info on the plastic though.
