This is a stunning calendar at a very competitive price. The pictures do very good justice to the reputation of National Geographic and really take your breath away.

The best part of this calendar is the stunning pictures. I know someone commented on the bad picture quality, but I didn't notice this at all. The picture quality is neither outstanding nor rubbish, just what you expect from your average calendar. As for the size of the boxes, they are big enough for me, but that is probably because I don't write much on my calendar, and my writing is very small; most of my daily notes go in my planner. Each day square measures 3.2cm (H) x 3.7cm (W), so if you can't fit your writing in there, then I would suggest you don't buy this calender. Also, I might add there is a small box at the bottom for you to add notes (3.2cm (H) x 18.5cm (W)).
All in all, this is your standard calendar. The pro is that the pictures are breath taking, the con is that this calendar probably is more beautiful than it is functional, and might not suit the needs of people who like to write a lot on their calendar.

Got this calendar as a small gift to compliment the more grand xmas gift. It was well recieved, however personally I felt as though the images were not amazing. With all the articles in National Geo over the years I expected more!
This is not a quip with amazon as they displayed what was available.
If your looking for a "Nature/Landscape" based calendar and have the time, I would suggest looking around! If time is not in your favour, go with this...is definitely not the worst calendar choice!
