Great fans of Paul Kalkbrenner, so very happy to watch videos of some concerts I've been to. You should buy it if you like PK too

As a fan of Paul Kalkbrenner ever since i saw the great movie Berlin Calling it is obviously hard NOT to like this disc. It is quite cool to see the different tracks from such different venues. The documentary itself was also ok but maybe a bit short. The extras i actually have not even had time to check out yet.
However i have not had a chance to watch it on a proper high def TV nor with a good audio system yet so i cannot say much about the audio/video quality. If i had, and it would meet all expectations there too it would definitely be 5 star rating.

The main reason for buying this blue-ray was to hear the music in 5.1 which shows it off to its best.The booklet inside lists 19 different tracks, but there are only the first ten played in full, the other 9 are shown only in part on the doco. I think all 19 tracks should have been included in full. The sound and vision are good, PK has a great remix of Altes Kamuffel,its a great start to the concert part. There is some good cartoon graphics between each track, and the doco is well worth a look. Its a bit light on for any extras,I would expect a couple of extra music tracks or maybe a megamix. In the concert is the PK mix of Mobys"Wait for me" its good. Now Moby is a artist who always gives you really good value for money on any of his DVDs.
