Paperback sized, less than 300 pages, but contains some interesting articles on comets,Mars,Venus and variable stars, amongst others.
Contains an error(p142)re American astronomer Horace Tuttle, stating that he served against England in the War of American Independence.
Tuttle was born in 1837 and died in 1923.He served in the Civil War, rising to U.S Navy paymaster and from which he embezelled a large sum in 1875.
Overall an interesting book, though obviously the table of astronomical events is now history.
