I first started writing Halogen Oven cookbooks back in 2007. My first book Halogen Heaven was a great success and led to a 3 book deal with the publishers Hamlyn and eventually to a number of other successful Halogen Oven cookbooks for Halogen Oven Manufacturers.
Since then I've written many more Halogen Oven recipe books, with a new series called THE HALOGEN OVEN COOKBOOK series currently on sale.
I also write books for Slow Cookers, Soup Makers and Tagines.
