Plus side:
They float on the water and are less prone to having water splash into them.
Dead easy to use - bung 'em in.
Nothing to prevent a lid being put on the saucepan to aid the top of the egg getting cooked.
Easy enough to extract even sticky eggs.
Dishwasher safe - but always better done by hand imho :)
Won't chip or break on the hard floor ;)

Minus side:
Despite lubricating the silicone with oil / butter / whatever, the eggs still stick. Get used to it!
Extracting them from boiling water is slghtly nerve wracking, grab it with you fingers and they get boiled. Hook one of the holes with a fork and you fear for the egg tipping into the pan. Luckily, eggs usually stick and unless the top of the egg is still runny, you're safe.
More often than not the egg ends up all over the place once it's been extracted.

Although these seem to be a great idea, i did find that the eggs seems to take an age to poach even when i placed a lid on top of my pan to speed things up!
Once they were poached (a little over half an hour!) they were difficult to get out of the containers even though i greased them with a little butter beforehand.

All in all very disappointing, will keep to poaching my eggs in a saucepan in future.

These is a great little product. So simple to use and they allow you to poach as many eggs at once as you like (well, as many as you can fit into your saucepan). They are easy to clean too. Just shows you that sometimes, the simple ideas are the best.
