I'm very pleased with this product. The product description was accurate and therefore what I received was exactly what I had been expecting. The heater heats up very quickly and seems to throw out a lot of heat and is therefore more than capable of keeping warm the moderate sized room which I had purchased it for.
The original heater was despatched within a couple of days of my placing the order and was delivered well within the suggested time-scale. Unfortunately the first heater arrived dented and therefore had to be returned but the Company responded immediately to my request for a replacement and duly arranged for the original to be collected and a replacement despatched to me with the minimum of fuss.
I think it was good value so am a happy customer.
