Having heard both sets of the 1961 British Hit Parade, I have to say the Fantastic Voyage boxes offer the best value. Despite the occasional blemish (some tracks are after all mastered from 50 year old vinyl) the sound quality is vastly superior to the rival Acrobat series on this occasion.
Unlike the Acrobat CDs, these are genuine factory produced silver discs, the Acrobat discs appear to be CDRs.

What Can You Say About This But FANTASTIC. All Of The The Hits From 61 Including Some None Hits On The Official Chart But Big Hits On Other Charts Around At That Time. IE Tip Tip Tottenham - The Tottenites, All Are The Original Recording,s And You Can Hear Depending On What Your Playing Them On, Some Clicks Of Scratches And Silblence, But Overall A Brilliant Collection, If You Like Don't Forget To Pick Up Part 2.

An addition to the previous sets I own and as always the quality is perfect, was it really 50 years ago since I bought some of these records?
The only complaint I have is the lack of pictures of the artists - however the price is so low that is a minor fault.
