Incredible price - much less than others even with postal charge added (almost as much as fan itself). Excellent packaging for posting, prompt delivery. Clear instructions to set up. Very quiet.

I bought two of these fans. With the protective cage attached the head of the fan is too heavy for the flimsy motor, which means that it sticks when oscillating making an annoying clicking sound, and getting stuck in one position frequently. The only way I have got it to work is by removing the cage making the head lighter, which makes it a dangerous fan with small children around.

Although the fan was in working condition (all three speeds), the oscillation control was broken. Pliers had to be used to pull the control upwards to stop the fan oscillating! I now use the fan in non-oscillation mode only.
