This a fabulous way to get fit in only 15 minutes. Its quite surprising how quickly toned your body gets after just 15 minutes. There are some places however, where she goes a bit fast particularly in the warm up!. Hence only four stars. But apart from that great way to tone up particularly if your short of time and have a busy life.

15 Minute Workouts For Dummies is excellent especially for people who have busy days and have very little time to work out. There are four sections focusing on major bottom parts. The four sections are as follows:-

1. Legs
2. Bums
3. Upper Body
4. Abs

Each section has a quick warm up followed by different exercises focusing on the key area and then a quick stretch/cool down.

What can i say fantastic - the Abs section is surprisingly a killer, but you will see the results if you combine it with regular cardio.

i wasn't sure what to expect with this DVD with the workouts only being 15mins, but with regular use i have to admit i have seen a significant reduction in the targeted areas, so i would highly reccommend!
