I bought this book in desperation as someone who has suffered with chronic lower back and pelvis pain since the birth of my twins 8 years ago. I wake up in pain, can't bend down very well or get out of bed without holding onto the windowsill, so believe me when I say my back is causing me problems! This book has been a god send. I do not have much time to devote to myself, so I wanted something quick and easy to try and gain some core strength - this book has done it!

After one session I was able to feel a difference in my back and it has become so helpful I even took it with me to help me warm up for the Moonwalk this year! I completed the walk in 8 hours without back pain.

Good for gentle exercise, but might not be suited to hard core exercisers who want a demanding routine!

The book and DVD are very useful and clear tools if you want to practise stretching with a guide without having to go to the gym and with the possibility of choosing when and how long to exercise. The only slight downside to the DVD is that, although it claims to be in real time, many of the moves are performed faster than is advisable and I often find myself having to stop the player in order to perform each exercise at the pace I consider correct for breathing. But for the rest it's a typical DK product: attractive and useful.

I love this stretching programme. I must admit I haven't had it very long and I have only ever done the first two sequences (as it's progressive), but it really does what I need. It really packs a punch in just 15 minutes, it definitely is time well spent.

I've been doing the stretching for 15 mins before bed. Ever since I've been sleeping so well! I can feel I'm improving, especially after starting the second sequence "Posture Stretch".

I'm definitely looking forward to "Flexibility Stretch" and "Strength Strength".
