Great idea with DVD 4 April 2012

The most brilliant thing about this range of books is the fact that you have a DVD that goes with the book itself. During the DVD, it gives you the page number that shows you the same exercise in the book itself. This is really useful as there are some things from the book that are difficult to understand. It has a number of sections - 4 I seem to remember - and at the end of each section there is a pull-out (attached to the spine) which gives you the full range of exercise from that section. The book does begin with some good information on the spine / posture as well. Would recommend for someone wanting a Stretch Workout.

The Better Back Workout is a terrific and helpful book. It is easy to read, the directions are clear, the pictures are useful and the DVD is always there as a back-up. The exercises are varied, challenging and have already helped my back after only a few days of reading and then doing the exercises. Inasmuch as I'm exercising all day long as a fitness trainer, keeping my back limber and vitalized is critically important. Hence, I am grateful for this book and highly recommend it.
