This rain cover is sooooooo much better than the Britax version. I love my Britax Vigour - everything about it EXCEPT the rain cover which is made of very thick plastic. This makes it very difficult to use, store and carry round with you (takes up the whole shopping basket) and I'm still not sure which way round it is supposed to go! I had actually got to the point of not going out if it was raining... until I ordered this one!
It fits really well, although the instructions aren't very detailed (and don't tell you where the two hooks should go) but even without that info it's still a billion times better than the Britax one.
The plastic is much thinner (but still good quality) and so it can be folded away or got out in a jiffy. It also folds back easily in the hood for those is it/isn't it going to rain days!
I'm not sure why - but my Britax one used to steam up and this one doesn't (both have ventilation holes) so better for my son too who refused point blank to have the Britax one on.
Came quickly in the post too and at a reasonable price. If you are struggling with the Britax one - don't - just buy this and put the old one straight in the bin where it belongs!

A great travel system but the raincover which came with it was awful. It was large with thick hard plastic and impossible to fold back up. Alot of universal raincovers don't fit properly so thank god for this raincover alternative. It is soft, easy to fold, takes up very little space and great to actually be able to see my baby through it. Good price and arrived really quickly too. The only thing I can fault with it is that you do have to adjust and fiddle with the velcro tabs a bit if you lie the seat down to pram style to keep it covered from the rain, but all in all very pleased and I would recommend to others.

This is the second rain cover we got for our Britax Vigour 4. The first one was terrible, unfoldable, occupying the whole of the basket when not in use, making the basket unusable for anything else, really hard plastic which my child hated, and which ended up cracking and cutting my finger! And truly difficult to place on the chair - awful stuff, in fact! This one is so much better, made of soft plastic, very easy to put on and store, folded flat, in the basket. The only thing is the instructions received are wrong, but the cover being so easy to put on, that's such a small detail. Still, the instructions should be correct!
