This book was a gripping read from the outset, as a serious marathon runner myself,(well I once was!) Also that I'm involved in sports & remedial massage, I found this book interesting in many ways, from his training, to his injuries & to that fateful 14Min! This really gives you the highs & lows of his life up to now. He is now setting Mo Farah up to being the best distance runner in the world! So I give this book 5 stars.
