Superb book, really made a difference. 18 Oct 2011

This book really made a huge difference to my life, I felt motivated to get up and do something about my lifestyle. Ive recommended it to my friends and intend to keep it as a permanent reminder of how I achieved something good with a little help.

Really easy to get into, this story certainly isn't too good to be true.
Well worth a read.
