5.0 out of 5 stars Exceptional, one gold nugget after another 11 April 2007
I found this truly exceptional book, on the HUGE importance of how to give EXCELLENT service in business, about 16 years ago, and started copying out the "nuggets" as I found them. After several pages of notes were full, I realised that the book was almost solid gold. So good that I lent it to someone who must have felt the same way, but forgot it was mine! I've been unable, until now, to find another copy, so I was delighted to find a copy on Amazon. Hurray!
