This is fantastic. You need to do questionnaire to work out which body type you are then work out what exercises you need to do to reshape your body. It is all followed up by scientific research so that you do the minimum amount of exercise to get the most fat off. They give you a chart so that you can monitor your pulse at what age you are which gives them an idea of how much fat you are losing. Exercise is basically 45 minutes of cardio alternate 5 mins walking 5 mins running 4 times a week plus your body sculpting which is not too taxing. After getting over the initial shock of photographying yourself naked and then marking up with a pen where you want to improve, you then follow the book to customise you body shaping exercise regime. I would recommend this book to everyone. It's not a diet book its a lifestyle book. It's not about being a gym bunny, which it looks like on the front. I didn't follow the diet because I had 10 blood transfusions in July and been ill and my doctor said no dieting just have a sensible diet. However, I lost the weight anyway.
