About the Author
Anna and Chris Sheryn are experienced sports coaches. Chris works closely with the Lilleshall Sports Injury and Human Performance Centre; Anna is an experienced netball player and coach for her local club.

This book is an absolutely must have for a teacher or even a coach. I am a trainee PE teacher (fourth year) and always like to make my lessons innovative and different for the pupils. This book really helps to create new and innovative drills and game type activities. I have little experience of playing Netball and limited experience of teaching it prior to my degree, so this was a massive tool for me planning my netball lsssons. The instructions are also really detailed and explain the drills brilliantly 0 couldnt ask for a better book, and I have loads to compare this to. Would recommend the 'Steps to success' book to go with this. Both the drill books and steps for success come in all sports - they are all as good as this - I pretty much own them all!

Fantastic little book, full of warm up ideas and skills. I use it mainly for "Back to Netball" ladies who have been out of the game for a long time. The drills are simple but very effective and can be easily adapted to fit any kind of ability. Would recommend!

I have using this book to coach of team of 10 year olds, many who never played netball before. The book gives me heaps of new ideas, both to improve their skills and provide varied activities that keep them interested and busy. I would really recommend this book for its easy to use format, and effective drills. Great for a new coach or even an experienced one.
