This is more than a book... it is a smoothie bible!
Where do I begin?
Well firstly, there is some great advice on adding unwanted things like sweetened juice.... I agree that is a no-no! Secondly, Liz Hunter groups recipes in calorie order.... I mean, just heaven when you are trying to lose weight.
Finally, the sheer number of options is just mind blowing. Love the idea of spinach in them too :-)
This is a first class smoothie recipe book and I recommend that you buy it if you love healthy eating.
