This travel flask (it doesn't have a handle so calling it a 'mug' seems erroneous) looks great; I have the red version and was very pleased with the look and feel of it when it arrived. It has three settings when filled: 'sip', 'tip and cool' and 'lock'; I have taken it to work with me on a regularly basis and have found that the lock works fine and I haven't had any leakages.
Probably the biggest flaw is the miniscule size of the 'spout'; you can't really have a decent swig or gulp, instead getting a dribble of coffee/tea/hot chocolate etc, meaning the drinking experience is less than satisfactory. However, it works fine and is an okay product - for the price though I think it may be worth shopping around.

When I first bought the brugo I read all the reviews, did all my research, hummed and hahhed over whether to spend the money, would I use it, would it live up to expectations...in short, yes, I like it, it keeps coffee warm (though no warmer than a regular mug, please don't buy if you want an insulated mug to keep your coffee warm for hours) and the sipping mechanism does mean I can drink black coffee on the go, straight from the coffee shop without burning my mouth but what I did find was that the seal soon fails. After only a few uses I found that I coffee was leaking down the side of the cup after tipping meaning lots of drips on white shirts, not ideal. It is fine if I carry a tissue/napkin but the seal has started coming out every time I wash it. It is also not ideal for travel outside of the car as it needs to remain upright, no throwing it in the laptop bag/handbag once its finished as no seal means coffee dregs. I still use it regularly and love the colour and design.

I wish I had spent more time reading other peoples reviews, this cup leaks every where, does not keep coffee warm any longer than a normal mug and costs far too much.

I use my Brugo every morning while walking my dogs. I love the fact that I can start drinking my coffee immediately and forty minutes later enjoy the last of it, still at the right temperature.

It looks good, works well and I am really pleased I have it.

Negative points: (1) "Lock" doesn't mean it won't leak, but they tell you that in the manufacturer's description; and (2) There is quite a strong plastic taste when you first start to use it, but this soon disappears.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IT'S RUBBISH....I'm a trucker and use my travel mug all day every day. Broke my last and was looking to pay a bit more for something that does the job well, This was not it, a total waste of money. Yes I,ve given it a chance I used it for six frustrating months. Please read the reviews

Most travel mugs will leak, my Brugo doesn't. I had hoped it would keep my drink hot for longer. After 1 1/2 hours the contents were luke warm. The tip and sip function worked well and lets you take a sip when the main flask contents are too hot to drink.
    Overall it is quite good.
