Superficial drivel! 11 Dec 2009
By Victoria Plum TOP 500 REVIEWER VINE™ VOICE
Format:Paperback
I had high hopes for this, as previous '1001 Little Miracles' books had been real gems, particularly Health and Looking Younger. This was a huge disappointment, and I was relieved to be able to return it and get my money back. At best, it's full of meaningless, pseudo-psychology and shallow advice. At worst, it tells you all the things you could work out for yourself, such as 'you'll be happier if you make time for yourself'. Take a wellbeing tip from me, and don't waste your money on this book.
