Excellent! 27 Mar 2006
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
I saw this and flicked through it. After reading a couple of the tips I can say that I should buy it. Once getting it home, it has been a great read for all the family. I am still waiting to get it back & honestly fretting about it getting misplaced. It is full of simple tricks to make your life better. For example, Evening primrose oil is good for people with acne as it counterbalances the prodcution of sebum.

Its great for males and females, my uncle has it at the moment. I think this book is great for everyone, not just those who are very health aware.

Interesting 20 Feb 2010
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
Before I start, I would like to say that I did enjoy the book and I think it would be a valuable resource for someone that hasn't already looked into the different aspects of health thoroughly. For me, it was a little too full of basic information (not quite sure why I expected anything different) and therefore less useful for my purposes.

Lots of good, solid advice. I'd recommend it for teenagers/preteens in particular.
