5.0 out of 5 stars A great book for anyone interested in food 3 Mar 2012
By Hippo
I often pick up this book and find something new. Photos are excellent and the text is informative and aimed at getting the point across quickly. Not a cook book but a book for anyone wanting to know about just about every ingredient in the world be it fish, cheese, meat or vegetables.
