I love this book. It has masses of inspiring ideas for things you can draw, paint, stick etc which small children will love. The ideas are fresh and up to date and there are plenty of things which will appeal to both boys and girls. What a shame the previous reviewer rated it so badly just because it wasn't what she was expecting.

My children and I love this book. It has kept them busy for hours drawing and painting. The vast majority of things in it are 2D drawings etc with only a few 3D ideas for making models. that hasn't seemed to bother my kids and actually makes it easier for them to get on and try out things on their own without needing my help all the time. They've produced some great pieces of art that they've been extremely proud of. I'd definitely recommend it but buy a different book if you want ideas for junk modelling.

I was very excited waiting for this book but was very disappointed when it arrived. I wanted to make castles out of toilet rolls and yoghurt pot people. However this book contains mainly things to draw and paint, which i can think of on my own thanks! You need to look through these types of books before you buy to make sure it is what you want.
