The 1000 Mile Trainer Liner Socklet is a state of the art technical racing socklet and also the ultimate summer leisure sock. The 100% Tactel inner lay stays with the foot, wicking away moisture, whilst the outer 76% cotton outer layer, moves with the shoe. The lack of friction between the layers helps prevent blisters and reduces wear. The combination of fibres and top venting maintain a comfortable temperature for the foot. Arch bracing gives additional support.

The socks are great value for money and definitely keeping the blisters at bay when I'm running. I bought 2 pairs so I can keep on training while one pair is in the wash.

A Marathon essential.

I ran 3 miles in them, and they already have a hole in. The inner liner has come away from the outer sock, causing your toes to go through the hole, and make them unwearable. They may be a duff pair, but given debates I've read on running forums, I won't be buying 1000 Mile socks for running again.
