I love this book, because it is brilliantly structured and gives you extremely helpful advice on most of the common problems you might have. Saying that, you can't really read it through back to back. It is not designed like that. However, some sections are linked, so you can move on to related areas which might also have an impact on your specific problem.
If you are looking for a comprehensive stand-alone guide to better riding, then this is probably not my first choice. If you want to work on specific areas, however, this is a book you can dip into and get helpful advice again and again at various levels of riding. Saying that, it helps to have read some other books to give you a basic understanding of the subject. Each area is given a few pages only, so sometimes it feels a little short on detail.
I found it quite helpful as I was working specifically on my seat and straightness at the time and it did answer some questions and gave me some projects to work on.
