5.0 out of 5 stars 100 stories for queensland 14 July 2011
Format:Paperback
100 stories for queensland was created to raise funds for the victims opf the queensland floods. Short story writers from all over the world were invited to submit short pieces and I did so because I have friends in Queensland.
The result is a well edited beautifully produced book with stories of about two and a half pages with a variety of themes and genres. The way it is presented tempts a busy reader to just read one more before putting the book down.

5.0 out of 5 stars A treasure trove of tales 21 May 2011
By Paige Turner - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I've really enjoyed the stories in "100 Stores for Queensland". funny, uplifting, optimistic and thought-provoking... There's something for every taste. The stories are all quite short, too, which means you can pick up the book, read a story or two, and feel like you've discovered something new; very satisfying when you don't have time to sit down and dedicate an hour to reading. Because the stories are diverse and positive, I think this book would make a great gift.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great stories for a great cause 19 Nov 2012
By avidreader - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This is a fantastic book for a great cause. The stories vary in genres and there are some fantastic ones, and one or two that went over my head. The stories are short and you'll fly through this book just as I did!
