I have used this book several times. It has a nice range of tasty recipes and most ingredients are easy to find in the shops (or are store-cupboard). The problem I have with it and the reason I felt I had to give feedback, is that most recipes I've tried have taken far longer. Eg, Turkey and rice casserole - just tested it - hard and inedible rice (and is now back cooking and will need far longer). The veggies are also hard despite me cutting them into tiny cubes. Another example: vegetable goulash should have taken about five and a quarter hours. Having cooked it twice (delicious!) both times took more like nine to ten hours, and my veg were much smaller chunks than the ones shown. Despite it's problems I still think it is a useful little book as long as you are prepared to cook for a lot longer where necessary and cut the veg up very small!
