this book opened my eyes to nutrition and I have been going on about it ever since I first sat down to read it, the fascinating thing is that naturally occuring substances aren't advertised like the wonder drugs, because only wonder drugs can make money. this book will change the way you think about your pharmacy down the road and you'll never want to visit it again, or want to see your doctor again.

This is a the best Patrick Holford so far. His books are always readable and informative, but this is full of up-to-date research and exciting new ideas for self-help. He is always straight to the point with a minimum of chat. The index is detailed, and there is a useful book list as well as helpful adresses at the back. A very good buy.
