Product Description

100 Lessons in 100 Words or Less is an enlightening, witty and accessible new series of eBooks designed with you in mind. Each lesson is less than 100 words, so the format is perfectly suited to busy lifestyles and eReading on the go.

Do you know the difference between a fetish and a fantasy? Or Polygamy, polygynandry and polyamory? Do you know your A-spots from your U-spots and G-spots? Did you know the first condoms were made from pigs’ bladders and vibrators are illegal in some US states? Don’t expect another manual on bedroom technique, this is a lively, informative, eyebrow-raising collection of facts on the human sexual psyche. Find out about the raunchy sex lives of our ancestors, the chemical reaction in our brains when we fall in love and to spot the body language of someone who fancies the pants off you!

We all know that we don't read enough—but don't beat yourself up—read a little, you can still learn a lot. Read between sets at the gym, on your way to work, while queuing at the bank, or even wind down with a few lessons at bedtime. Dip in, dip out, learn something new along the way.

Try it—you might just like it.

More About the Author

Helen Croydon is a best-selling author, journalist and broadcaster, specialising in topics surrounding modern relationships, women's issues and health. She's best known for her immersive journalism, investigations and comment pieces.

Her latest book Screw the Fairytale: A Modern Girl's Guide to Sex and Love looks at modern models of relationships as alternatives to conventional marriage. Not keen on the idea of marriage and kids herself, Helen questions whether the life-long, 24-7 model of conventional relationships is still what we want in our fast-paced independent world.

Her first book Sugar Daddy Diaries, became a best-seller. It is a confessional memoir charting her experiences - some funny, some shocking, on so-called sugar daddy websites. She is also author of 100 Lessons on Sex - part of the new '100 Lessons in 100 words' eBook series.

She writes regularly for The Times, Sunday Times, The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Independent, The Daily Mail, and various magazines. She appears on various TV and radio shows as a commentator both on general news stories and relationship related stories.

Before being freelance, Helen worked as a producer and reporter for ITN, after ditching a previous career as a tax accountant.
