Having previously used only the brand leader I wondered whether these would be as accurate and easy to use. They are. I tested the same sample with both this product and a Ketostix test strip and the readings were identical. Recommended.

The strips themselves are first class and accurately give the same result as Ketostix. My only gripes are that the Product Description bleats away about the dangers of Ketones in the urine for Diabetics. Anybody on a restricted Carbohydrate diet, eg Atkins or the like, will be happy to see Ketones in their urine as a signal they are burning their own body fat successfully. My other gripe is the pictures depicting the tube of sticks shows a urine analysis of Ketones and many other properties of the urine, eg Specific Gravity, blood content, PH and a few others. This is a misleading picture and should be removed. Some potential buyers will be more inclined to pay for this product over another if they think they will receive the multi uranalysis sticks. That's all.

These sticks give identical results to the those by Ketostix, but at a much cheaper price. Do read the instructions though, as you read them at 40 seconds, not the usual 15 seconds.
